These terms govern the use of the FileXvert service (“the Service”). By using the Service, you accept these terms.
1. Description of the service
FileXvert converts files (video, audio, image, document) right in your browser. Conversions run locally on your device: your files are not uploaded to our servers.
2. Account and subscription
An account is created through a third-party authentication provider. The service is currently free and Premium subscriptions are closed: no payment or new subscription is offered.
3. Acceptable use
You undertake not to use the Service to process unlawful content, or content for which you do not hold the necessary rights.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of result. We cannot be held liable for data loss arising from a conversion.
5. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
